The pattern specification for the garment is got from the client.
This forms one of the most critical parts of the manufacturing process. Computerised marking is used to calculate the amount of fabric required for the garment. Then the fabric is spread out and cut according to the specifications. We ensure a strict adherence to this process to ensure that there is no room for error.
The cut piece of fabric is now ready to be stitched into the garment. Our in-house sewing is carried out using the latest machinery like the: • Juki single needle machine with thread trimmer • Yamato model 4 thread over lock machine • Yamato model 3 needle flat lock machine
The completed garment is then meticulously checked to ensure it meets the specifications of the client.
Once the checking is done, the garment is given the finishing touches by pressing it using a steam iron.
After being pressed, the garment is ready to be packed for export.
